To promote linkages with the heritage monuments in the area while creating economic opportunities, a group of women have been trained in the art of paper cutting which draws design elements from these monuments. A craft self-help group ‘Noor’ was established in 2010. The craft was linked with the culture and heritage of the area through its use of design elements and motifs from local monuments.
