Constructing a visual anthology of the site

The project has been working with eminent historians and researchers to aid in the conservation works. The team undertook archival research for the site resulting in the collection of records, photographs; maps that helped understand the significance of the site, its later repairs and lost architectural elements. This understanding, coupled with a detailed condition assessment, has been critical in defining the conservation priorities.
